Shipping policy

We ship domestic and international.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

All orders will be shipped between Monday - Friday during business hours.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipments domestic or international. Due to Covid 19, unfortunately we expect delays on shipping especially international shipping.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once we receive confirmation the package has been delivered successfully.
If you believe your package has been damaged in transit please contact us via email thestormdownunder@outlook.com

Please include any photo evidence as we will need and use this when discussing the matter with Australia Post.

Please be mindful we are a family run business and will do our very best to have your orders fulfilled in a timely manner.

 

International Shipping:

 

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.

These charges are at the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order.

Taxes and custom fees and/or charges differ within each country. If you require further information on this matter we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information before making your purchase with us as The Storm down under is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes which are set through your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.

This is something out of our hands and we cannot pre pay these taxes.

We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

By purchasing through The Storm Down Under you are agreeing that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them to you internationally. 

Unfortunately, The Storm Down Under cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be at the responsibility of the customer.
